Once accepting a search assignment, we set our heart on tackling the task with uncompromising commitment. We invest a great deal of time and resources in developing a comprehensive knowledge base covering the needs, culture and objectives of our clients. To ensure that we remain absolutely fair and impartial, we agree on a clearly defined fixed and flat fee right at the outset. The client can thus rest assured that we will advise him solely in his interest. During the search process, we keep in close, continuous contact with our client. At any time, our client is informed who is doing the search and what the status of the assignment is. And we will not rest until we deliver an optimum solution, tailor-made to meet the client's requirements and expectations.

We recognize our responsibilities for our clients as well as candidates and take them serious. Since the Firm was founded in 1993, we are a member of the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC) and adhere to its Code of Professional Ethics with an impact on honesty, integrity and discretion.
